Wood Group Canada, Inc. acting as an agent on behalf of Husky Energy for the West White Rose Project requires compliance with the following criteria to award contracts for the Platform construction.

Expression of Interest (EOI): An invitation of potential bidders to submit an interest in the scope of work and complete a detailed prequalification form. All EOI opportunities can be located in the Expression of Interest section of this website, NOIA website, BIDS website and the local newspaper, The Telegram. Web links to NOIA and BIDS can be found on this website.
Qualification and Selection: Interested companies shall complete a prequalification questionnaire which will be evaluated based upon capabilities in scope, facilities, technical, commercial, experience, health and safety, quality and competence. Evaluation strategies will be pre-determined and a selected bidders list will be developed. The list of bidders will be formally invited to prepare a formal Request for Quotation.
